Email Management
Today we’re all doing a lot of email management. This often makes us feel overwhelmed with the number of emails we receive and can cause us to worry that we may missed something. For some clients I check their inboxes, highlighting anything important via triage, and responding to anything else (within reason), such as general FAQs and deleting the spam. For others, I can manage an entire inbox, dealing with client enquiries so they are responded to timely.
If you have a team of people that needs email accounts, or if you have specific email groups (info, finance, etc.) I can help manage these. I can also help ensure automatic replies and out of office replies are set up and working as intended.
