What Else?

There are some tasks that are unique. With my background in event planning, I have learnt how to draw floor plans and other plans/charts/diagrams using computer-aided design software. This same experience allowed me to learn how to prepare presentations and surveys for marketing, feedback or information gathering. I have also gained experience in operating as an agent at an IT helpdesk, providing ticket triage and assisting with frontline support.
